All33, a direct to consumer office chair company engaged Exo to help scale their lead generation efforts outside of digital marketing.
Following a similar strategy that was used by the well-know X-Chair brand, we recommended Radio Host Endorsement and began testing on select Radio Host programs that 1) reached the demographics required by the client and 2) were 'proven' - ie. had consistently delivered positive results for other direct to consumer based products and services.
Success peaked with endorsement from well-know regional and national hosts endorsing the product which led to profitable direct sales and trackable LTV.
This was the client's first foray into offline media to align with and support its digital efforts (mostly Facebook, Google Ad and Content Marketing) efforts. The client eventually landed their product on the television show Shark Tank.
We were engaged by a Direct to Consumer, Wholesale and E-commerce client in the outdoor recreation market – specifically for a Recreational Vehicle parts advertiser (#RVlife). The client uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform.
The Exo team evaluated the current marketing spend and took the unique stance to pull all paid search marketing and Facebook ads for several weeks to focus on SEO and site search. Unlike other agencies who are paid based on paid spend our goal is to optimize spend.
The fact was that quality scores were very low on ads and the site was not offering a customer journey or product specifications to encourage conversions. We focused on Product Listing Pages (PLP's) and Product Detail Pages (PDP’s) content to drive better quality scores and lower Cost Per Click (CPC). Then we quickly shifted to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with core emphasis on product benefits to the customer and enhanced images and videos.
The first full month showed a 63% increase in traffic and 329% increase in revenue. *Note this client was interested in Exo Media Group training their internal team to take over the marketing. They are a small client and would rather handle in-house long term.
In early 2021, the Exo team was charged with helping Serenity Landscape Design, a Minnesota based landscape design firm, revamp their branding and launch a new approach to allow them to be more competitive the areas West of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
We designed a new logo, provided new messaging and a new website design. We also began marketing the company with a three-pronged approach – content development and search engine optimization for a variety of service-related keywords, a strong focus on the company's Google My Business page and various Google Ads campaigns based around the services provided by the company.
